appointment of David Henderson as Director of Operations. Mr.
Henderson brings over 10 years of management, operational and IT
experience most recently as Founder and Senior Partner for Atlas
ITS, Inc., an IT consulting services firm, and previously as
Senior Consulting Manager for CompuCom Systems, Inc. Mr.
Henderson’s previous experience includes managing large-scale
technology engagements for such companies as Hewlett-Packard,
Cisco and American Honda. Mr. Henderson also served 12 years in
the U.S. Marine Corps including duty during Operation Desert
Storm and carries a PMP certification from the Project
