Staging/Kitting/Consolidation

Worldlink Integration Group will prepare your inventory for shipment based upon the specific requirements of the project or program. By performing this in a job-specific fashion, significant reductions in shipping costs, location disruptions and on-site equipment failures will be realized by our clients. We will pull the site specific equipment from your bulk inventory and kit it for installation and shipping. By pre-assembling and repackaging the equipment, we can reduce the on-site time thus reducing the associated costs. All work would be performed in a controlled and secured, HVAC environment and would undergo a client specific documented quality assurance process.

Configuration/Integration

Worldlink Integration Group will perform these functions in a controlled HVAC environment. We will perform configurations on all network and computing devices along with a complete "burn-in" prior to shipment. This process removes most of the risk from the installation team and provides for plug and play model.

Inspection/Testing

Worldlink Integration Group will include as part of our preparation services, complete inspection and testing service in accordance with each customer specific requirements and any manufacturer's recommendations. This further mitigates field installation errors and associated DOA and RMA issues.

Depot Maintenance

Worldlink Integration Group provides depot maintenance for all aspects of your business. We maintain an active inventory for all related equipment; coordinate shipping schedules based upon onsite requirements and provide information when the inventory falls below agreed upon min/max levels. In addition, Worldlink will coordinate any DOA or RMA product directly with the OEM. In most major metros, Worldlink can establish local or regional inventory to provide for same-day delivery if required.

Inventory Management

Worldlink Integration Group will work closely with your procurement group in the receipt of your hardware into our inventory management system. Once received and validated, Worldlink Integration Group will manage equipment cycles, provide real time inventory reports, track product by serial and/or part number and respond to immediate orders. Also, Worldlink can manage all DOA's and RMA's directly with the OEM's if desired.

Freight Coordination

Worldlink Integration Group has relationships with a number of regional, national and international freight companies. Our relationship with this group provides freight price breaks, local warehousing and real-time delivery of shipments as needed. We can also coordinate with the customers preferred freight company. When utilizing the customers freight company we can use their account directly while still managing the entire process.

Procurement

Worldlink Integration Group can work with our clients in the acquisition tasks associated with any specific initiative. This can be done by utilizing Worldlink as a procurement arm of our client to buy products and other associated items off of pre-negotiated blanket purchase orders established in advance by our client. By allowing Worldlink to perform this function, the client can hold one entity accountable for all aspects of the supply-chain functions that are required by a specific project or long-term program

Asset Disposal and Remarketing Services
