Jack in the BoxJack in the Box
2006 – Installation Project

Jack in the Box installed new "contactless" credit readers at 2100 locations throughout the US. Worldlink was one of two outside vendors chosen to successfully deploy this new technology. The initial deployment included the installation of over 6000 readers at both the front counter and Drive Thru windows.

“Worldlink did such a great job on the Installation, when it came time to upgrade the credit readers it was a 'no brainer' to contract with them for all of the restaurants. Their ability to visit a large number of locations in a short timeframe at a low cost and provide a quality service was essential to our decision.”

2007 – Upgrade Project

Jack in the Box needed to upgrade the connectivity and firmware/software for their newly installed "contactless" credit readers within a short three month timeframe. Worldlink was chosen as the sole vendor, utilizing its national technician network and proven project management staff, to complete the upgrade of over 6000 readers at all 2100 locations.

“Worldlink satisfied both our tight timeframe and budget constraints which allowed us to meet our commitment to our customers, partners and associates.”
