Worldlink assists Toys R Us with their aggressive plans to remodel existing stores to incorporate Babies R US into the current store footprint. Working closely with IT and construction, Worldlink coordinates a 3 month multi-phase visit approach to accommodate construction schedules while minimizing impact to the stores and their customers. Quality and system functionality were essential in this project. Most work was completed overnight and affected many sales and technology areas of the store so each morning Worldlink’s technicians worked diligently with IT and store personnel to verify that all systems were operational and in neat order prior to being released from each store.
Worldlink’s proven project management team and in-field technicians worked closely with the Toys R Us project team to provide a complete onsite installation that included: data, voice and sound cabling, equipment de-installation and installation, system cutover and turn-up. Worldlink successfully completed each remodel on time and within budget for a very satisfied client.
